So i've been trying out like everything i could think of. Firstly the game crashed when using Optifine, so i took it off. Than it began crashing everytime on the fourth frame, giving out this crash message. I also tried switching export paths but that doesn't help either. I just don't know anymore. FFmpeg is also in his right place, with the file path correctly attached in the advanced render settings and all mods and resourcepacks are also uninstalled.
I've got a video project going on and i even paid for the Supporter-thing D:

    Using:
    Windows 10, 64 bit System
    Minecraft Fabric 1.14.3

    Spoiler: Crashreport

You only have 2GB of memory assigned to Minecraft and it's running out. Either reduce the video dimensions or increase RAM (there should be a setting for it in your launcher).

Well i've put 8gb RAM into it and now the rendering works but takes ages. I've tried rendering a simple video with 30 fps, default quality and a resolution of 1920x1080 but the render time still takes up to 30-90 minutes for like 30 seconds of footage.
I don't know if its because of my specs but that can't be it.
    Specs:
    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
    16 GB RAM
    8x Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700

Minecraft also runs with like 200-500fps (without any resourcepack/shader/optifine and 15 chunk render distance)

Try playing with the video settings (e.g. reducing resolution to 200x100 or using potato quality or minimal render distance) in order to find what's causing the bottleneck (there isn't anything obvious in your specs and rendering 30 secs 1920x1080@30fps, 12 render distance takes a mere 15 seconds on my machine which should be slightly slower than yours afaict).

I tried reducing anti aliasing to "none" and now it renders at comparatively light speed. Guess i can't have fancy details in my videos then.

That makes sense. The anti-aliasing option isn't doing any magic, it just increases the resolution at which you're rendering and then scales that back down for the resulting video.

So for example if i set anti-aliasing to "2x" on a 1080p recording, the programm renders the video at 4k and then formats it back into 1080p?

    Yes, that's correct.
