My replay is 14 minutes long, I haven't had problems trimming replays. This replay was recorded in 1.8 and when trying to trim it in 1.8 it doesn't work. I also use these mods:
    BetterFPS
    Optifine (version I3)
    MinecraftCapes (ver 8.1)
    ReAuth v3.5
    5zig v3.12.5

    This is the crash report

This issue is probably specific to your replay or, more generally, the server your replay was recorded on. Could you upload the replay? If you do not want your replay to be public, upload it to some site and PM me the link. Be sure to reply to this thread once done, otherwise I'll probably miss it.
