Please post the contents of the fml-client-latest.log file inside the logs folder inside your .minecraft folder to some pastebin site and link to the post here.

Note that this log will only contain information on the last time you started Minecraft, not any previous runs.

I was having a black screen for the final rendered video so re installed optifine, replay mod, better foiliage but now i cant render a video at all..

According to the log, you're using an old version of the RM and an old version of Optifine (and maybe more, those two are the only ones which I remember the latest version of). Update both, then post a new log file if the issue persists.

please correct me if im wrong but if i download the latest versions of both mods 15 minutes ago, i can safely assume that i have the latest version?

i removed the other two mods after ur replies, and it still crashed...

Then the log file is outdated, it shows RM 2.1.2 and OF C9. Try clearing the logs folder before starting MC to make sure you can only get the right one.
The game log (not the launcher log, the game log should mention the RM!) shown in the launcher should also do. I just don't know how to access it using the new launcher because Mojang decided to make that more difficult for some reason and I've never used it.

Exporting a video to the default folder seems to work fine but when i try to change the save location it just crashes instantly

Thanks, both of those files contain the information I was looking for.
I'm having issues reproducing the issue for myself though, so here are a few question which might help me narrow it down:
- Could you please give this RM version a try?
- Does it work without OF?
- What's your current Gui Scale?
- Anything different if you change your Gui Scale or window size?
