This is a known issue with LiteLoader. They're shipping an old version of the Mixin library (too old to work properly with the RM). It is up to them to update their bundled library.
As a workaround, you might be able to get the RM loaded before liteloader by changing the jar file names (e.g. prepending 'a' to the RM jar file name).
