    When I try render 60 fps the final video have "lag". I would show here an example but I can't.

    Use handbrake to convert it to a smaller file size. It can help really much. I have low pc specs and it helps me.

    It is likely due to your computer's speed. If you upload it to Youtube it will likely playback fine. You could also try compressing the file like Brooky1010 suggested.
