So I thought I'd update my profile on here, but when I click 'save' it refreshes and doesn't show the social media information I just inputted.

I am only filling in the YouTube, Facebook and Twitter portions as I do not have a profile on github.

Does it work if you fill them in separately?

No.

I've also just tested filling all fields (putting N/A in the github field) and still get the same result.

Can you provide the exact URLs you're entering? Simply entering the Profile Name does *not* work, you need to link your profile page (e.g. https://youtube.com/CrushedPixel)

Even trying full URLs did not work

It works if you put http:// in front though
