So for some reason you have to have at least two time key frames to render. I don't really know how to use them but as far as I know they only pause everything for a while, so it's not something I need. So when I wanted to render, I just threw in two random time key frames near the end of the timeline... then the whole video was still. So I rendered again but this time with the frames at the front. Again the whole thing was still. So how can I use those two minimum time key frames yet without any noticeable affect on the video?

I suggest you read up on how to use time keyframes.

Again, all I want to do is get the two needed time key frames somewhere, and that's it.

I already had 2 unsuccessful renders that took 2 hours to render that were messed up due to time key frames. I just want to get the minimum two time key frames in.
